Ensure you have the group register and emergency contact numbers for all leaders and students
Make sure you have the tickets you need to enter with your group
Wear the official group T-shirt or hoodie(Yellow Shirt)for easy identification
Charge your phone fully and bring a power bank
Review the risk assessment for the day’s route and activities
Remind students to bring a raincoat or umbrella in case of light rain
Take group photos at key locations and share them with the programme WhatsApp group or PhotoCircle

Indoor climbing at The Climbing Lab is an exciting way to challenge yourself while having loads of fun. With colourful climbing walls, routes for every level, and plenty of chances to test your strength and balance, it’s the perfect place to push your limits, share laughs, and enjoy an unforgettable adventure with classmates.

0:00 – Meet at CES Leeds’s common room for a welcome and safety briefing by Activity Leaders.
0:05 – Depart CES Leeds for The Climbing Lab by a public bus.
0:25 – Arrive at The Climbing Lab. Students receive climbing shoes, chalk, and a short safety briefing.
0:35 – Climbing instructed session begins – try bouldering routes of all levels, challenge yourself, and enjoy the climb.
2:00 – Wrap up the session and take group photos.
2:10 – Depart The Climbing Lab and travel back to CES Leeds.
2:30 – Arrive back at CES Leeds. End of trip.
