Leeds has an extensive bus network connecting all residential areas—including homestays and student accommodations—to the city centre and CES Leeds.

Around 90% of bus services in Leeds are operated by First Bus.
First Bus services are clean, safe, and run frequently throughout the day.
Most homestays are located around 30–40 minutes from the school by bus.

If another bus company offers a cheaper or faster route, please speak to your Group Leader and the CES Leeds team — we will assist you in choosing the best option.

All students and Group Leaders will receive a weekly bus pass.
This pass allows travel:
Between school and homestays
Around the city
To venues and locations included in the social activity programme
The weekly pass will cover almost all services used by students and groups in Leeds.
