Ensure you have the group register and emergency contact numbers for all leaders and students
Make sure you have the tickets you need to enter with your group
Wear the official group T-shirt or hoodie(Yellow Shirt)for easy identification
Charge your phone fully and bring a power bank
Review the risk assessment for the day’s route and activities
Remind students to bring a raincoat or umbrella in case of light rain
Take group photos at key locations and share them with the programme WhatsApp group or PhotoCircle

The Timetable for the Trip
0:00 – Meet at CES Leeds’s common room for a welcome and safety briefing by Activity Leaders.
0:05 – Depart CES Leeds for Leeds Art Gallery.
0:15 – Arrive at Leeds Art Gallery. Introduction and short briefing.
0:20 – Explore the gallery’s highlights, including modern British paintings and sculpture with QUIZ!!
1:00 – Walk to the Henry Moore Institute (next door).
1:05 – Discover the world of sculpture through galleries and special exhibitions.
1:40 – Wrap up the visit, collect a quiz, and take group photos.
1:50 – Depart the Henry Moore Institute and travel back to CES Leeds.
2:00 – Arrive back at CES Leeds. End of trip.

Look out for: The dramatic Victorian narrative paintings.
Fun fact: The glass roof was rediscovered and reopened to the public in 2017 after being hidden for over 40 years.
Henry Moore Institute: Sculpture Galleries
Explore the world of sculpture through changing exhibitions featuring works by international artists as well as Moore himself. From classic marble to daring modern installations, it’s an inspiring space.
Look out for: Henry Moore’s iconic reclining figures and modern experimental pieces.
